2018 Company Maximum Contributions

  • $1,000 for single coverage
  • $1,500 for single plus one dependent
  • $2,100 for family coverage

2018 Employee HSA Contribution Maximums

There is no minimum contribution. The maximum amount you may contribute depends on the coverage you select. The maximum you may deposit per bi-weekly pay is:

  • $94 for single coverage
  • $207 for single plus one dependent
  • $184 for family coverage

2019 IRS Annual Maximum Limits

IRS annual limits include both employee contributions and Lubrizol contributions.

  • $3,500 for single coverage
  • $7,000 for 2-person or family coverage

The Health Savings Account (HSA) is available to employees who enroll in one of the Lubrizol CDHP medical options. If you elect to contribute to the HSA under the Core plan or enroll in the Standard or Plus plans, you will receive a welcome packet from OptumHealth Bank, a subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare, within 2 weeks of your enrollment.

Changing Your HSA Contributions

You can change your HSA contribution at any time by calling the Lubrizol Benefits Center at (844) 747-1641 or on line through The Channel if you're logged into Lubrizol's network, or log into Lubrizol.BenefitsNow.com.  If you need assistance with the transaction once you log on, call the Benefits Center.
