Lubrizol provides leave and certain pay and benefits for employees who meet the following Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) leave reasons: Active duty and active duty for training; initial active duty for training; inactive duty training; fulltime National Guard duty; fitness for duty; funeral honors; National Disaster Medical System (NDMS). Lubrizol employees should refer to the Military Service Leave of Absence/Reserve Training policy on MyHR for complete details.
