Mental Health Workshops & Webinars

This year we hosted a variety on mental health webinars and workshops that focused on relevant topics including; building resilience, stress management, mindfulness, coping with trauma and facing uncertainty. We also offered webinars specifically for managers to help create and renew mental health awareness in the workplace and covered building resilience, how to lead in times of crisis and how to recognize changes in employee behavior. Attendees will get tools to help them dial down stress and better understand personal and organizational aspects of stress.

Embracing Happiness - This session aims to educate on the basics behind the science and benefits of happiness. This course encourages introspection into your own perceptions and feelings of happiness in your life.

Coping with Traumatic EventsWhen traumatic events hits close to home, it can be hard to process. This program helps identify and normalize reaction to traumatic events. Participants will explore the broad emotional impact and look at healthy ways to cope.

Working from Home: How to Stay Productive & Resilient - Learn practical tips for successfully working from home, while also incorporating a self-care routine to keep you balanced and focused.
