You can call to speak with master’s-level EWS specialists who can provide consultation, risk screening, advocacy, referrals and educational materials. The EWS also provides Lubrizol employees with six face-to-face counseling visits at no cost with a clinician in Optum's network. If you’d like to speak with an expert for financial or legal assistance or for legal mediation, there’s no cost for the initial consultation. Subsequent legal assistance is available at a 25% discount.
