Phased-In Retirement

Phased-in retirement offers a full-time employee (at least aged 55) the opportunity to work a reduced schedule and maintain full-time medical/prescription, dental, vision and reimbursement account benefits. While enjoying a taste of retirement, you have the opportunity to begin to transfer knowledge without worrying about increased benefit costs.  Phased-in retirement can only continue for a period of 2 years.
