Notify your supervisor and HR Partner of your intent to leave Lubrizol.
If you have a pension, contact the Berkshire Hathaway Pension Service Center at 877 459-2403 to gather information and complete pension paperwork.
Contact Empower for assistance with the Lubrizol Corporation 401(k) Plan.
Information about continuation of your current medical, dental and vision coverage (COBRA Coverage) will be mailed to your home within approximately 14 days of your last day worked. If you have questions, contact Alight, Lubrizol’s COBRA administrator. Select the link to the COBRA Summary found on the right column of this page for more information.
If you are eligible for the Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), contact Via Benefits, Lubrizol’s HRA administrator, to opt in to the HRA. Please wait until at least 14 days after your departure to call Via so they have a record of your departure from Lubrizol. Information about HRA eligibility can be found HERE.
